Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health in North Dakota seeks an experienced Physician Enterprise Clinic Administrator to oversee daily administrative and technical support for a multi-specialty clinic.

You will plan for changes, enhance patient service, and act as a key resource for staff and patients. You will coordinate operations to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient service, while leading a team through hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• 5–7 years’ experience leading clinical staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff on day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate clinic operations to ensure proficiency and quality service, with regulatory compliance.
• Lead performance management with appraisals and goals per policies.
• Hire, train and develop staff including salary recommendations.
• Prepare, monitor and adjust clinic budget, goals and objectives with input from staff.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development and program implementation.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to set and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor payroll to control time management.
• Ensure a compliant environment per regulatory/licensure/accreditation standards.
• Serve as primary contact for patient and external complaints and investigate issues.
