Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Missouri is seeking a Manager I, Clinics to oversee daily clinic operations and lead a multidisciplinary team. You will optimize workflows, manage budgets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with other leaders to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes staff hiring/training, performance evaluations, and strategic planning to support high-quality care and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or four+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive, efficient service delivery.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts payable/receivable and ensures timely invoicing.
• Researches problems and uses quality data to improve patient satisfaction and clinic goals.
• Implements policies, ensures HIPAA compliance, and enforces procedures.
• Monitors inventories, payments accuracy, and vendor contracts.
• Leads physician billing, credentialing, and other daily operational activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
