Job summary

Responsibilities

Hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
Ensure the center is a Great Place to Work and that teams are engaged and thriving.
Ensure clinic operations run smoothly with adequate staffing and SOP adherence.
Lead the implementation of in-clinic operational initiatives and workflows.
Ensure patient scheduling processes are executed efficiently.
Oversee clinical and community areas and liaise with Facilities and alarm monitoring.
Use Oak Street Health software, reporting systems and EMR to monitor tasks.
