Lumira Healthcare, formerly Livingston Community Health, is seeking a Clinic Services Manager to lead operational performance at one or more primary care clinics. The role focuses on administration, workflow optimization, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• BLS certification from the AHA preferred or required

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, access, and patient satisfaction
• Supervise site supervisors and front/back-office staff; oversee onboarding and performance
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and state/federal regulations
