Job summary

Banner Health is opening a new multi-disciplinary clinic in Scottsdale. The role manages day-to-day outpatient operations, with ownership of financial performance, staff engagement, and patient experience across a growing clinic.

The position collaborates with physician practice leads and market leadership to recruit, develop, and retain staff, while ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory requirements. This is a day-shift, full-time role supporting Banner’s mission.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related setting with accountability for metrics.
• Ability to develop and implement an operational vision for clinics under them.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and ownership of financial, employee engagement and patient experience.
• Lead staff and physician engagement, recruitment, development and retention, with appropriate licensure if in clinical capacity.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies, perform reviews and trainings.
• Determine physical maintenance and equipment needs and coordinate with internal/external resources.
• Build community partnerships and relationships to attract customers and support Banner’s brand.
• Monitor operations and revise procedures for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Improve patient experience by monitoring data and coaching staff to deliver personalized service.
• Collaborate with market leadership and marketing to promote location and services.
