Job summary

North Oaks Health System is seeking a Practice Manager I for Magnolia OB/GYN in Hammond, LA. The role leads day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and provider oversight to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree and 2 years of leadership experience (supervisory level and above).
• Knowledge of physician billing, managed care and Medicare/Medicaid regulations preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with solid organizational and financial abilities.
• Capable of day-to-day management of clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of assigned clinics including staffing, scheduling, workflow and payroll.
• Oversee provider needs including licensure, PTO, productivity and scheduling.
• Monitor clinic schedules to optimize access and care delivery.
• Ensure high quality care and service by implementing operational procedures.
• Communicate goals to providers and staff, and involve them in improvement efforts.
