Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinic operations, oversee patient care, and drive quality standards in a dialysis setting. You will ensure high-quality patient care while managing costs, staff performance, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on teamwork and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; RN with state licensure required.
• Minimum 6+ years in healthcare facility operations; 12 months clinical nursing; 6 months dialysis nursing; Ishihara Color Blind Test passed.
• Preferred: 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience; Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with HR, Quality, and Technical Services; oversees Home Therapies Program; maintains medical and operations records.
• Accounts for Annual Standing Order Review and ICD coding; manages clinic financials and supplies.
• Oversees on-site state or federal surveys and reports changes in patient status to care teams.
• Coordinates all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge; educates patients on quality measures and options.
• Ensures timely patient care assessments and care plans; manages scheduling and missed treatments.
• Involves in hiring, training, licensure compliance, and staff development; manages payroll and scheduling.
• Facilitates physician privileges process and maintains strong physician relationships; participates in governing bodies.
