Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's in Business or Health Care Administration.
• Experience: 2–5 years is required; 5–10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding, hiring, training, workload management and performance evaluations; conducts development plans.
• Develops staffing and budget plans and monitors adherence.
• Collaborates with providers to oversee schedules, clinic workflow and patient flow; maintains trust with providers and Physician Leaders.
• Develops and implements business plans aligned with organizational goals and uses high‑reliability operating systems to monitor performance.
• Leads daily huddles and rounds to facilitate patient flow and ensure standard work and timely resolution of workflow barriers.
