The Pain Center of Arizona is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient patient flow in a busy interventional pain practice. You will coordinate clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on service, communication, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, medical office management, or clinic leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of medical office procedures, scheduling systems, and patient service workflows.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy, safety, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with common business and electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to promote efficient patient flow and timely service delivery.
• Support scheduling, registration, and front office processes for a smooth patient experience.
• Supervise, train, and support administrative staff as needed.
• Coordinate workflows with physicians, APPs, and clinical teams.
• Monitor clinic productivity, workflow, and staffing needs; recommend improvements.
• Assist with patient concerns and service recovery to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Support supply management, equipment coordination, and vendor communication.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks related to clinic performance.
