Job summary

The Medical Group Clinical Supervisor oversees daily operations and staff within the Endocrinology, Pulmonology and Sleep clinics, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective clinic performance.

This role partners closely with the Clinic Manager and healthcare team to coordinate patient care, maintain efficient workflows, address operational needs, and promote a positive, accountable work environment while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ambulatory care practices, clinic operations, and patient care standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and staff supervision skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and EMR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workflows, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and the ability to support quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
