Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience with or without direct reports.
• RN preferred but not required for direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health care, or related field plus 3 years in business operations/clinical health care OR 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental opportunities and coaching to drive performance.
• Oversee a designated work unit, translate plans into actions, ensure policy compliance.
• Drive ambulatory operations to meet patient care, workflow, and performance targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with physicians and subject matter experts; align plans with department initiatives.
• Lead improvements in operations and technology processes by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
