Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Clinic Manager for the PMG Clinical Support Hub at our Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center in Albuquerque, NM. The role leads centralized clinical support services across ambulatory practices, guiding patient access, referrals, authorizations, care coordination, and inbox management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, or related field required (Six years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Clinical Support Hub operations and workflow delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and dashboards to meet service levels.
• Develop and maintain standardized policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and patient care quality.
