Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a Clinic Manager for the Clinical Support Hub to lead centralized clinical support across PMG ambulatory practices. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and drive service quality for patient access, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, or related field, RN preferred, with substantial leadership experience in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, or related field required.
RN is desired.
Six years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for the Clinical Support Hub across PMG ambulatory practices.
Supervise and develop Clinical Support Hub staff; manage performance.
Oversee centralized support functions: patient communication, referrals, prior authorizations, care coordination, scheduling and EHR work queues.
Collaborate with clinic leaders and providers to optimize services and workflows.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and quality standards; drive continuous improvement.
