Job summary
Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Clinic Manager for the PMG Clinical Support Hub. You will oversee centralized clinical support services across ambulatory practices, guiding patient access, referrals, prior authorizations, care coordination, and inbox workflows.
Lead the Clinical Support Hub caregivers and supervisors, drive standardized workflows, and partner with clinic leaders to improve patient and provider experiences while achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, business admin, or related field required.
- 6 years experience in lieu of degree required; RN desired.
- Four years of relevant experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of daily Clinical Support Hub operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and dashboards to ensure service levels.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop staff.
- Collaborate with clinic leaders, physicians, and operations to optimize support services.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality; lead quality initiatives.
