Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead the Referrals Department, overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to ensure patients receive timely care.

You will partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes affecting referrals, authorizations, billing and reimbursement, while driving patient satisfaction and resolving escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience.
• Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Referrals Department, overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations.
• Partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes that impact referrals, authorizations, billing and reimbursement.
• Drive customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and set long-range direction for a department at the intersection of patient access and revenue integrity.
