VIPcare is seeking an Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned medical practice, fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture that delivers Five-Star Service. This role oversees clinical and administrative operations, staff, providers, and drives operational excellence in a Medicare Advantage, value-based care environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in healthcare operations, 1+ year in leadership, experience with EMRs, HIPAA, and HIPAA, plus strong

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare environment in operations or administration.
• 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team coordinator experience in a physician practice or clinic.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or value-based care is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and infection prevention standards.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMRs) and basic clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned medical practice for efficiency and patient-centered care.
• Monitor and improve operational and clinical performance metrics and KPIs.
• Supervise clinic staff and manage scheduling, payroll, PTO, and development.
• Coordinate provider schedules and credentialing activities; support patients and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
