Job summary

Legacy Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily workflows across staff, physicians and providers to keep clinics running smoothly. You will lead day-to-day operations, cover for the manager when needed, and drive communication across departments while ensuring high morale and productivity in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of three years progressively more responsible health care experience.
Experience in electronic scheduling and EMR required.
Lead worker or supervisory experience preferred.
Dependent upon assigned Clinic, Certified Medical Assisting background may be strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Accountable for implementing and supporting clinic initiatives that fulfill the strategic goals of LMG and Legacy Health.
Responsible for direct supervision of all support staff and coordination of the day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
Provides coverage for manager in his or her absence.
Responsible for facilitating communication and collaborating with staff, physicians and other providers, other Legacy departments, management, and customers in problem solving and project management.
