Job summary

Arizona Liver Health is seeking a Clinic Supervisor for our Chandler location. The role oversees daily clinic operations, staff coordination, and patient flow to ensure efficient care delivery.

You will supervise team members, maintain documentation, and support providers during patient visits. Responsibilities include training new staff, managing EMR and order workflows, and ensuring accurate patient records while upholding quality standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MA certification preferred; must obtain after hire if not certified.
• At least 1 year of clinic experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinic operations and patient flow to improve efficiency.
• Assist orientation and training of new staff.
• Maintain patient records in EMR and 340B systems.
• Educate patients on medications and refill processes; communicate with providers.
