Job summary

The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. is seeking a qualified operations leader to oversee multiple clinic sites, coordinate with administrators, physicians, and external partners, and drive efficient, patient-centered operations.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting, with strong communication and leadership skills and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and medical office systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software; knowledge of medical office operations and confidentiality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative direction and coordination of clinical operations.
• Develops and maintains organizational structure, systems, and staffing to meet clinic goals.
• Manages staffing, payroll, training, engagement and performance.
• Oversees registration, scheduling and provider template functions with Central Access team.
