Job summary

The Loyal Source Government Services Clinic Manager will oversee the administration and operations of a medical disability examination clinic. This role aims to deliver high-quality care and efficient experiences for Veterans, staff, examiners, and communities served, reporting to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, budgeting, inventory control, and enforcing HIPAA/ADA standards. A healthcare-related bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Three or more (3+) years supervisory, leadership or management experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and plans work assignments for all staff.
• Manages budget, supply chain, and medical inventory to prevent expirations.
• Ensures HIPAA and ADA compliance and maintains patient privacy.
• Performs hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Reviews clinic metrics to meet client expectations and company goals.
