Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements as listed: Medical Assistant, LPN, Radiology Tech or Imaging Tech.
• Must have or maintain current relevant certifications per role (MA, LPN, ARRT, or imaging license).
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making under pressure, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement departmental goals aligned with clinical and ethical requirements.
• Direct and evaluate departmental operations including patient care delivery and service levels.
• Plan staffing, hiring, orientation, evaluation, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and foster professional growth.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
