Job summary

Starling Diagnostics is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist to join our multispecialty clinic in the Bronx on a part-time basis. This GYN-only outpatient role has no obstetrics or delivery call responsibilities, with flexible scheduling for 1–3 days per week.

The successful candidate will perform comprehensive gynecologic exams, manage conditions such as fibroids and PCOS, and perform in-office procedures in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology completed.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Current, unrestricted New York State medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Credentialing with major payers (Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP).
• Malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and well-woman visits.
• Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions (PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, menstrual disorders, menopause).
• Perform in-office gynecologic procedures (colposcopy, IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy).
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results.
• Provide counseling on reproductive health, contraception, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with multispecialty team (PCP, radiology, lab).
• Document encounters accurately in eClinicalWorks.
• Adhere to NYS DOH Article 28 compliance and facility policies.

Starling Health is a growing, NYS Article 28 licensed multispecialty diagnostic and treatment center serving the Bronx community. We operate under New York State Department of Health oversight and currently see 300+ patients daily across multiple locations. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to an underserved urban population, and we are expanding into new markets including Buffalo and Jamaica, NY.

Position Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist (MD or DO) to join our multispecialty team on a part-time basis at our Bronx clinic. This is a GYN-only outpatient position - no obstetrics or delivery call required. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, experienced clinician who is committed to women's health in a community-centered care environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time (1-3 days per week; flexible scheduling available)

• Setting: Outpatient / Ambulatory Clinic

• Location: The Bronx, New York

• Schedule: Mutually agreed upon days; Monday-Sunday availability

• Obstetrics: Not required - GYN-only practice

• EMR: eClinicalWorks Version 12

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and well-woman visits

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completed residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Current, unrestricted New York State medical license

• Current DEA registration

• Eligibility for credentialing with major commercial and government payers (Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP)

• Malpractice insurance

Preferred

• Experience in community health or urban/underserved patient populations

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Bengali) strongly preferred

• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR

• Experience with Medicaid-heavy payer mix

• Ability to perform in-office GYN procedures independently
