Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Clinical Administrator to support our Everett, WA and Spokane, WA clinics in a hybrid role. The administrator will open/close clinics, ensure physicians have needed equipment, and coordinate timely patient and claimant examinations.

Responsibilities include intake and scheduling, medical records handling, and communication with IME physicians, clients, and panel members. A healthcare/insurance background is preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree is recommended.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience in a medical clinic or insurance setting preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the clinic, ensuring doors, lights, and equipment are ready for the day.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and coordinate patient or claimant communications.
• Check in claimants for appointments and manage scheduling reminders.
• Maintain accurate appointment calendars and turn over exam rooms between visits.
• Assist with medical records retrieval, uploading, and basic billing/invoicing tasks.
