Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient with Office Ally, including billing, clearinghouse, and accounting modules.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in medical office management, medical billing, or healthcare administration.
• Strong phone skills, active listening, and outstanding customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and insurance verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of Office Ally, including electronic claims submission and payment posting.
• Perform accurate data entry for medical billing, ICD-10 coding verification, prior authorizations, and eligibility verification.
• Manage clinic scheduling and coordinate patient intake documentation for medically necessary massage referrals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and referring providers; maintain professional phone and in-person interactions.
• Identify administrative improvements and manage downtime with productive tasks.
