Qualifications

• Active Washington State Massage Therapist license
• Current NPI and CAQH profile
• Current professional liability insurance
• Ability to complete SOAP documentation accurately
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a medical clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, patient-centered therapeutic massage within Washington license scope
• Review referrals and clinical information to tailor treatment
• Complete accurate SOAP notes for insurance billing
• Communicate with providers, front desk, and billing teams
• Follow clinic policies for privacy, boundaries, sanitation, and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space
