Job summary

Licensed Massage Therapy LLC, located in Puyallup, WA, seeks an experienced Part‑Time Clinical Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our medical massage team. You will provide targeted, evidence‑based care for complex conditions and work within an in‑network credentialed practice.

This role requires active WA licensure, current professional liability insurance, and immediate eligibility with payers (Regence, Premera, Kaiser, VA, and/or Aetna).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Massage Therapy License in Washington state.
• Currently credentialed and contracted with Regence, Premera, Kaiser, VA, and/or Aetna.
• Demonstrated professional experience in clinical or medical massage therapy.
• Advanced expertise in clinical modalities (Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, or Lymphatic Drainage).
• Active professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform targeted clinical massage therapy addressing complex medical diagnoses and chronic pain.
• Conduct intake assessments, evaluate range of motion, and formulate objective treatment plans.
• Maintain SOAP notes and clinical documentation for insurance billing and medical necessity.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and VA network on patient progress.
• Adhere to HIPAA, ethics, and sanitation protocols.
