Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Previous scheduling and/or registration experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and keyboarding skills; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate registration and scheduling of office and procedural appointments.
• Coordinate clerical aspects of the patient’s medical care and ensure smooth communication between patients and staff.
• Maintain patient records and assist with general front-desk duties.
