Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the implementation of new projects to improve care delivery.
• Develop and maintain a system for evaluating nursing care, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain clinical expertise and serve as a resource for nursing staff and other health team members.
• Mentor staff; supervise units at multiple sites; allocate supervisory coverage on weekends and tours.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate orientation and education programs for new nursing staff.
