The role collaborates with the Administrative Nurse Manager to coordinate patient and unit activities, guide the interdisciplinary team, and participate in education and research activities.

The position requires a BSN, with MSN preferred, 1–3 years of clinical experience and 2+ years in a related area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for selected patients; participate in clinical education and research.
• Ensure compliance with MMC policies and standards.
