Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Montrose) with Volunteers of America is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN, on-site role in Montrose, CO. The RN will partner with the Care Manager and Interdisciplinary Team to deliver comprehensive nursing care and support to PACE participants.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, ongoing care planning, coordination with the team, and on-call coverage as needed. Colorado RN license and CPR are required; BSN preferred.

As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider and the first of its kind in Western Colorado, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs.
