Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) for temporary contract opportunities at multiple outpatient clinic locations. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

In this patient-facing role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a clinic setting, assisting with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, testing, and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet clinic schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments within licensure.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient histories, medications, allergies, assessments, and treatment responses in EMR.
• Assist with medication reviews and identify potential medication-related concerns.
• Support patient screening activities, including depression and other appropriate health assessments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Help patients understand self-care techniques, treatment plans, and available healthcare resources.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.
• Follow established clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and patient safety procedures.
