Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) for temporary contract roles at outpatient clinics. Both part-time and full-time opportunities exist; positions are on-site and safety-sensitive.

Training is three weeks with six-week scheduling blocks after orientation. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN or LPN/LVN license, have at least one year of healthcare experience, and be proficient with EMR systems (Epic preferred).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of the position.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification and a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments per licensure.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and POCT.
• Document medical histories, medications, allergies, and treatments in EMR.
• Assist with medication reviews and identify medication concerns.
• Support patient screening activities and health assessments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Explain self-care plans and available healthcare resources.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and adhere to safety protocols.
