Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN) in Wilkinsburg, PA to join our aging population care team. This role coordinates clinic services, assesses patient needs, and may conduct home visits to support frail seniors.

The successful candidate will hold an PA RN license, have at least one year of geriatric experience, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to work with an interdisciplinary team. On-site schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• At least one year of experience with frail/elderly populations; long-term care, home health, or community health preferred.
• Licensed RN in PA and valid PA Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the need for and coordinate clinic services for frail, elderly adults; may perform home visits.
• Provide nursing care and support within the interdisciplinary care team.
• Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm with on‑call rotation.

Salary Range: $34.50 To $41.00 Hourly

Summary of Job Duties: Our Clinic Nurse (RN) is an essential member of our nursing team. This person must have the skills necessary to efficiently assess the need for, and coordinate the delivery of clinic services to a frail, older adult population. The Clinic Nurse may also be required to do home visits.

Schedule:Monday-Friday,7:30am-4pm, plus on-call rotation

Required Education:Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Required Experience:At least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably in long term care, home health care or community health. Experience teaching patients and other health care workers preferred.

Required Certifications/Licensure:Licensed RN in PA. Valid PA Driver's license.

Required Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of current nursing practice and theory.
• Knowledge of the medical, social, and emotional needs of a frail, elderly population.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work independently and to utilize critical decision making skills.
• Working knowledge of utilization review, quality assurance and managed health care concepts.
• Ability to delegate responsibility as well as accept supervision in an appropriate manner.
• Ability to work with the interdisciplinary team approach to care for the elderly.
• Working knowledge of local health care and geriatric service networks.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows operating systems, e-mail, word processing.
