Job summary

Baptist Health Family Clinic-Sherwood is seeking an LPN to support physicians in daily clinic operations and minor procedures. The role includes patient preparation, diagnostic testing, and medication administration in a fast-paced setting.

You will educate patients, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with hospitals, pharmacies, and care teams to optimize patient flow.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (AR license or multi-state including AR).
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required depending on the clinic.

Working Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Summary:

The Clinic LPN is responsible for patient preparation and assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. In addition this role will perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide patient education in the clinic. The LPN maintains equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, other physician's offices, and patients. The nurse supports other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow and ensures accurate and complete documentation.

Other information:

• Current LPN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR)
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending/based on the clinic

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
