Job summary

CHI St. Vincent, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse in Arkansas. You will coordinate care, conduct screenings, provide preventative education, and support patient flow in a fast-paced clinic.

Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and patient-centered care are essential. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Prior BLS is required; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on the unit.

Qualifications

• BLS through the American Heart Association required.
• ACLS or PALS may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and strong communication.

• Record and verify medical records including histories and vitals.
• Support patient flow and prioritize treatments to reduce wait times.
• Administer injections/immunizations and assist physicians with procedures.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

• Support and maintain patient flow to reduce patient wait times
• Efficiently manage time by prioritizing treatments and procedures based on each patients' needs
• Record/verify medical records such as medical histories and vital signs
• Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services
• Administer injections, immunizations, and assist physicians with office procedure

We are offering a sign on bonus up to $15,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire)
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• BLS through the American Heart Association is required
• Additional certifications (like ACLS or PALS) may be required depending on the unit
