Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas in Little Rock is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient care team. You will deliver compassionate care, coordinate screenings, assessments, and education while using technology to streamline processes and enhance patient comfort.

The role requires a Graduate of an accredited nursing program, AR RN license at hire, and BLS-CPR within 30 days. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to patients and their families as instructed by a physician.
• Provides and documents patient/family educational teachings as instructed by a physician, including patient/family understanding.
• Accurately and thoroughly documents physician orders regarding patient phone, following clinic policies and procedures.
• Provides appropriate care to patients in emergency situations as directed by a physician.
• Performs routine clinic procedures as directed by a physician.
• Administers medication accurately as directed by a physician.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.
To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
