Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic in Little Rock seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join a care team delivering compassionate, evidence-based cardiovascular and general clinic services.

You will screen patients, coordinate care, educate families, and use technology to streamline workflows while ensuring patient understanding. The role requires a nursing degree, an active AR RN license, and BLS/CPR within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (AR) upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to patients and their families as instructed by a physician.
• Provides and documents patient/family educational teachings as instructed by a physician, including patient/family understanding.
• Accurately and thoroughly documents physician orders regarding patient phone, following clinic policies and procedures.
• Provides appropriate care to patients in emergency situations as directed by a physician.
• Performs routine clinic procedures as directed by a physician.
• Administers medication accurately as directed by a physician.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.
