Job summary

DRH Health is seeking a team-oriented professional to assist physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits. You will help coordinate communications with patients through portals and calls, and travel to different clinics as needed.

Your responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, updating histories, reconciling medications, and documenting in the EMR with accuracy. You will also maintain exam rooms and assist with basic tests and phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use information systems.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and advanced practice providers with patient visits.
• Facilitate patient and provider communication via patient portal, phone, or other method.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and history, review medications, and reconcile medications.
• Document in EMR accurately and efficiently.
• Keep exam rooms and equipment in patient-ready condition.
• Order medical supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Provide phlebotomy services and basic tests.
• Travel to other clinics as needed for coverage.
• Adhere to safety protocols and DRH policies.
