• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens.
• Administer medications under supervision of Provider or RN.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Handle office tasks like faxing and filing; maintain exam rooms.
• Support department tasks such as point-of-care testing and screenings.
