Job summary

PT Solutions in Georgia seeks a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based physical therapy services across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic and sports medicine. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to improve patient outcomes and drive clinic performance.

This role includes budget achievement through referrals and appropriate billing, leadership of a diverse team, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
