Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager in the United States to lead and oversee patient care programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to improve patient outcomes and drive clinic performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, community relations, and ensuring high-quality care while meeting budget and service goals. Experience in physical therapy management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient while aiming for functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Education
