Job summary

PT Solutions in Evansville, IN is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based physical therapy programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment, manage budgets, drive referral generation, and mentor a clinical team.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$102,000 per year, monthly incentive bonuses, and a sign-on bonus in select locations, with comprehensive benefits and leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
