Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinic Manager for Primary Care to support the Practice Administrator. You will assist in planning, directing and overseeing operations, staff supervision, financial oversight, and facility adequacy to drive efficient service delivery.

This fully onsite role runs Monday–Friday daytime shifts. Previous primary care leadership experience is preferred; RN licenses are welcome as an option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
• Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overall operations within their areas of responsibility.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy.
• Maintain optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers and health system staff to ensure service delivery that meets customers' needs.

Assists the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overall operations within their areas of responsibility. Manages the ongoing development, implementation and performance outcomes to improve efficiency of responsible service lines. Oversees the day to day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy of their assigned areas. Maintains optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers and appropriate health system staff to ensure service delivery that exceeds the needs and expectations of customer bases towards service excellence.

This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift. Candidates should have previous experience in primary care, previous leadership experience preferred. Open to individuals with RN licenses.
