Qualifications

• APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program required.
• Management experience preferred.
• State licensure required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care aligned to each patient’s needs.
• Establish timely, patient-specific treatment plans.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits and billing.
• Foster a positive connection with patients, clinicians and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships within the community.
