Job summary

The CORE Institute in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapy Manager to lead the department, oversee clinic teams, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role includes strategic planning, performance review, and coordination with physicians.

A master’s or doctoral degree in physical therapy with an active state license is required, along with 5+ years in physical therapy and 2+ years in supervision. A $50k sign-on bonus is offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state PT license and CPR certification.
• Minimum five years in progressively responsible physical therapy roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short/long-term plans for rehabilitation services.
