Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager in Hatboro, PA to lead a team and deliver evidence-based care to patients. Responsibilities include evaluating treatment programs and establishing timely plans for patients’ needs.

The role offers a base salary between $100,000 – $115,000 per year based on experience, along with monthly incentive bonuses and up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred for overseeing clinic operations.
• Valid state licensure for practicing physical therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based quality care to empower patients.
• Establish treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Meet clinic budget through referral generation and visits.
• Foster relationships with patients and team members.
• Maintain community relationships to enhance clinic visibility.
