HopeWest is seeking a Clinic Manager in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the PACE Clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care. You will lead clinical staff, support best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
You should possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current Colorado RN license. Strong leadership skills and clinic management experience are preferred. The position offers competitive pay and various benefits.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the PACE Clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and delivery of high‑quality, participant‑centered care. This role provides leadership to clinical staff, supports clinical best practices, and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Clinic Manager partners with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, implement clinical policies, and maintain operational excellence aligned with HopeWest standards.
PACE or Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole‑person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states. The number of people aged 55+ is increasing in Grand Junction, CO, and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.
