Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is launching its first North Carolina outpatient clinic in Concord, NC. The Clinical Manager/Outpatient Therapist will lead clinical operations, oversee staff, and build community partnerships to support growth in a new Charlotte-area location.

The role combines hands-on therapy with leadership responsibilities, including developing workflows, onboarding clinicians, and representing TLC Wellness in the community to promote high-quality behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field.
• Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Previous outpatient clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outpatient caseload with variable client volume.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians as the office grows.
• Foster a collaborative, evidence-based clinical culture.
• Lead the startup and day-to-day operations of the Concord (Charlotte) location.
• Develop and refine office workflows and systems; monitor needs and report to leadership.
• Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient client experience.
• Develop relationships with physicians, schools, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Represent TLC Wellness at community events and professional meetings.
• Identify opportunities for new services and partnerships.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of clinicians; support staff development.
• Help establish a mission-driven culture and professional growth.
