We are seeking a Clinic Manager in our Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Clinic located in Durham, NC to be an integral member of the healthcare team and provide direct and indirect care to patients. The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily operational, clinical (non-nursing), administrative, and patient service functions of one or more ambulatory clinic locations. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient clinic operations, and compliance with DUHS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Clinic Manager oversees clinic staff, coordinates resources, supports physician and advanced practice provider teams, and drives performance improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Practice Administrator, and up to the Ambulatory Operations Director to align clinic performance with service line and organizational goals. This role actively participates in planning, resource allocation, and change management efforts within the assigned clinic.
