Impress in Seattle is seeking a Clinic Manager to close consultations into orthodontic treatments. You will partner with Doctors to articulate our patented technology and convert prospects into active patients while delivering an exceptional in-clinic experience.

Lead a diverse team, manage KPIs, ensure compliance, and support marketing efforts. We offer competitive compensation, incentive plans, growth opportunities, and travel for multi-location visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership position in the dental field.
• Strong commercial leadership with a proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing diverse teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets to track performance and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee clinic performance and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Performance Management: Monitor daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Patient Connection: Build authentic relationships with patients and manage escalations.
• HR & Team Development: Recruit, train and schedule shifts; provide feedback.
• Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales protocols and hygiene standards.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Support marketing activities and clinic visibility.
• Budget Accountability: Analyze clinic results and drive revenue improvements.
